Project Manager – Construction (5 Positions)

Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
Manage budgets and estimate costs.
Determine necessary equipment, materials, and manpower.
Monitor inventory of materials, tools, and equipment.
Arrange procurement of supplies/consumables and ensure timely delivery.
Prepare progress reports.
Ensure site compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety and hygiene requirements.
Negotiate contract terms with external vendors or subcontractors.
Collaborate closely with subcontractors, engineers, and the main project team.
Minimum 3 years of experience in aluminum and glass work.
