Project Manager – Construction (5 Positions)
  • Oversee all aspects of construction projects from start to finish.
  • Manage budgets and estimate costs.
  • Determine necessary equipment, materials, and manpower.
  • Monitor inventory of materials, tools, and equipment.
  • Arrange procurement of supplies/consumables and ensure timely delivery.
  • Prepare progress reports.
  • Ensure site compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and safety and hygiene requirements.
  • Negotiate contract terms with external vendors or subcontractors.
  • Collaborate closely with subcontractors, engineers, and the main project team.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in aluminum and glass work.
